Program Highlights: Advanced Movement Index (AMI) Testing: • Initial assessment to benchmark your child’s current athletic capabilities. • Regular progress tracking to ensure continuous improvement. Bi-Weekly Force Plates Testing: • Analyze and enhance strength, power, and balance with cutting-edge technology. • Personalized training adjustments based on precise data. Recovery Room: • Infrared sauna for muscle relaxation and improved circulation. • Compression legs to reduce muscle soreness and speed up recovery. • Thera guns for targeted muscle relief. • BEMER device for enhanced circulation and recovery. Access to Evolve Movement Therapy: • Specialized physical therapy to prevent injuries and improve mobility. Our Goal: To develop the best athletes by enhancing their athleticism and performance for their specific sports. Program Schedule: • Monday - Thursda: Training from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM • Recovery: Immediate post-training recovery session • 12:00 PM: Release to go home • Program aligns with Williamson County School District rules Meet Our Expert Team: Clint Woods – Bringing over 15 years of experience in strength and conditioning: • Former Strength and Conditioning Coach at Lipscomb University since 2008. • PhD in Velocity-Based Training. • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Athletic Trainer Certified (ATC), Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT), and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). Lubos Bartecko – 3-time Olympian with an impressive hockey career: • Played over 250 NHL games. • 18 years of professional hockey experience. • 8 years of youth coaching. • Expertise in working with D1 college hockey players and high-level junior players.
