June Training

Service Description

Our small group summer training session will consist of 16 workouts and 8 skates starting June 5th and ending June 30th. Our focus will be on providing players with individualized attention in a setting with other serious athletes. These small group summer training sessions include 16 unique off-ice training sessions, to provide each player the necessary strength and agility to succeed in their upcoming season. Small group training sessions also include 8 -60-minute on-ice sessions that feature power skating progressions along with stickhandling and shooting. This small group summer training group is limited to 18 players and will maintain a player to coach ratio of no more than 6:1. Dates: Monday, June 5th through Friday, June 30th Monday- 4:00-5:30pm Gym Tuesday- 4:00- 5:00pm Ice and 5:30-7:00pm Gym Wednesday- 4:00- 5:30pm Gym Thursday- 4:00- 5:00pm Ice and 5:30-7:00pm Gym
